Meet John

 

My name is John, but my close friends know me as Tall John.  I help people get fit and healthy with home/gym work out programs, fitness tips, easy to follow Primal/Keto recipes and Intermittent Fasting Programs.  

I work with men in their 30's, 40's and 50's who are busy professionals that are looking for easy ways to have more energy by eating real food and being able to navigate life on the go.  

 

I want to inspire people to live their healthiest lives by moving their bodies in constructive ways while eating like we were designed to eat.
